Turns out the spiral of light over the skies of Norway was nothing more than a failed test launch of a missle from a Russian submarine. Conspiracy theories had run wild to include such ideas as UFOs, wormholes opening up and/or the LHC somehow going out of control. We can all sleep tonight knowing none of those are true, it's just those silly Russians testing misssles, nothing to lose sleep over with thoughts of World War III and the upcoming Apocolypse...or is it?
