Bomb Scare in Times Square

There was a bomb scare this morning in Times Square of New York City. Someone had reported that a mysterious white van which was sitting outside of the NASDAQ building for the past three days. NYPD had set up barracades and blocked off the street on both ends and evacuated all of the people from inside the NASDAQ and Conde Nast buildings. The van had tinted windows, an illegal placard from a non-existing government agency and no plate on the rear side of the vehicle. Once authorities opened the two rear doors, all they found inside was a tarp covering up some clothes. Recent reports indicate that van belongs to a local street vendor.
